pattern 4 simple cotton top short sleeves wanted

I am looking for a pattern I had a while ago. It had a rounded modest neckline at the front and it VEEd in the back. The sleeves where short and knit straight across with the rest of the top. It was made with cotton. Does anyone know where I can find this pattern?

I have a pattern that sounds very similar to your description. It came from a Workbasket Magazine. Do they sill have Workbasket? Maybe they have a website.
