You just turned your sock inside out when you started, and then turned started knitting that way. TINK back to the beginning of the row (because you're now actually working left to right not right to left), turn the sock so the right side is out facing you, and start knitting the correct way...once you have a few rows done it will be autaomatic, but at first it's easy to get the rows backwards/insideout.

I assume you are still on the leg part of the sock. As Vickey said, turn the sock so the outside is on the outside, then begin knitting clockwise around the needles. Clockwise.

Yes, knit clockwise, just like you normally would.

Well Vickey, clockwise wasn't how I "normally" did it. I knitted counterclockwise when starting socks, and I think that's what made the socks be inside out.

I was knitting counterclockwise like socks12345 said. For some reason I was knitting on the inside of my DPN. I'm on track again and working the leg of my 2nd sock. Thanks for your help.
