We used a Fry Reglet acoustical wall panel (pattern B) and fastened it with exposed stainless steel screws and trim washers.

When I purchased it , the price was under $4.00 a square foot. Not sure what the price is now as it is all aluminum and those prices fluctuate

You can purchase it from S&S Resources ( http://www.ssresource.com/ ) or your architect / interior designer can help order it directly from the manufacture at better pricing.

Did you use this Fry Reglet paneling for acoustic or aesthetic purposes - or both? Have you used other similar non-conventional ceiling products you can share?

We used it purely for its aesthetic value and did not back it up with the insulation system for acoustics due the the low ceiling height and the thickness of the insulation system. Currently we are specifying an Alpro ceiling panel on another residential project .

The effect looks great - and has to be easier to install and finish than Sheetrock I imagine. Thank you for your reply.
