I make most booties for boys or girls by changing the colors. There is a pattern book out there of fancy booties. I think it may be a Leisure Arts book, but not sure. They have saddle shoes, Mary Janes, cowboy boots, work boots, high tops, running shoes, etc. But I suggest that you just do booties in boy colors and they will be fine.
