I just finished making a hat and although it turned out pretty cute, it looks kind of stretched out in some places such as the fold up brim. This particular hat pattern is at: www.frugalhaus.com. It is the Cabled Wide Brim Hat. I used Debbie Bliss Cashmerino yarn, so it is very soft and warm. It is the ivory white color. Is there anything I can do to make it not look so stretched out? Do I need to block it and if so, how do I go about doing this? I would appreciate any suggestions or help with this, as I made a scarf to match it and was planning on giving it as a Christmas gift.
