My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does $12,500 sound reasonable to upgrade three systems from AC only to heat pumps?

The systems are 1 1/2, 2, and 2 1/2 tons each, all goodman equipment.

aepf303616 3 ton air handler (qty 2)

plus 10k heat strips in each air handler

Planning to reuse existing duct work.

Quote does not include additional wiring, to give higher amp service to units for heat strips (the existing AC only system had none)

All equipment is being installed in very easily accessed areas.
