ISO Thin Vent Grill

I have a vent right near my kitchen cabinets and the cabinet doors are very close to the ceiling. I need a grill that's super thin - maybe just the thickness of a piece of sheet metal or a hair thicker. It probably needs to be a thin return grill - no room for a control lever. Vent size is 6 x 10. Any ideas? or do I need to go custom?
