THANK YOU!!! I can't wait to go home tonight and try it on mine! I do love these machines especially the time delayed washing. Life saver for a working mom. I put the wash in the morning, set the time dealy to when the kids get home and by the time I get home I just have to put it in the dryer. Voila - one load down. Also have done delayed at night to start in the middle of the night and be done when I wake up.

My end of cycle buzzer quit. I don't think I did anything to make it stop. I'm not getting a repair guy out to have a look. How do you turn it back on? Or repair it? My machine is not close to the bedroom, so the noise doesn't bother me at night. But because now I can't hear when the cycle is finished, it's taking much longer to do laundry.

can't stand that! With the worst that can happen if it sits there too long being a need to rewash if it happens to mildew, a laundry cycles ending is hardly an urgency worth that level of alarm. A simple BING or BUZZ has been sufficient alert for most machines since forever. Bosch has overestimated the urgency in this function. Drives me crazy.

The 1st post is correct regarding the procedure; however, it is incorrect regarding the beep. Page 20 of the manual states two conditions: (1) To Activate the Acoustic Signal: (a) Select a Program; (b) Press two of the Option Buttons (e.g. Bleach and Rinse Plus) until a long signal is emitted; (2) To Deactivate the Acoustic Signal; (a) Select a Program; (b) Press two of the Option buttons and hold until a short signal is emitted. NOTE: Do not activate/deactivate the acoustic signal during a cycle.
