What type of gravel is used? Love the use of gravel instead of stone.

    The gravel used here is typically used in french country homes. The pebbles are small and generally more beige in color then what is typically used in the US. It is not a special type of gravel in France; it can be found at most gardening stores. But if you are looking for something similar in the US, I would look for beige-toned gravel...I think that is the biggest difference.

      love the whole country look and love the gravel walk and driveway. Is this gravel packed down or is this one of those that has some type of adhesive that is used in some walkways?

      The gravel is packed down, but it still needs to be maintained with some weeding and raking.
