Here in the States, one can buy a full size bed with a bunk bed above. See photo below. The full size mattress is 140 x 190 metric, tho the bed frame will add a few inches. Can you find something like this where you are, or can you have one made? That should leave you plenty of space for a desk.

You can click on the picture for more information. I saw that she had these made and that they were double beds. However, the exact same thing can be done with twin beds. My husband made something similar for our son, years ago. He built a simple desk onto the end of the bunkbed we already had. If you take the photo and the measurements to someone who is a carpenter, they should be able to tell you how to have it made there in Europe.
