Rejuvenation a have fixtures with turn keys. They are not pull chains but these keys in the side of the fixture function like a pull chain. They have a lot of options.

If you use enOcean wireless switches and controllers (embedded in the ceiling), you would not need to run additional wire or embed an electrical box in the wall.

There should already be a switch located somewhere.
