Take a look at BM Moonshine. It is a gorgeous gray. I am considering it for my guest bedroom

I just used BM Light Pewter in my kitchen and like it. It's a very soft gray and it is from the browns. The next color up on the chip is Nimbus and I might use that somewhere, too. I've also used Edgecomb Gray and like that, although I think that's more of a taupe.

We just used BM Oystershell for all three floors of our townhouse's hallways and stairwells. We wanted a neutral with some interest that went well with our stained woodwork. In low-light areas there's the slightest blue tint, which would make your chocolate and caramel colors pop even more.
