Thermador induction problem

After turning on the power button, when I touch the number keypad on my cooktop for any of the elements, the numbers flash and no burners turn on. There is no Error display, and when I turn off the power at the breaker box for 30+ minutes, nothing changes. I can press any number up to 9, and each time, the number flashes. The model is CIT 304 EM.

Silly question maybe, but are you sure you are using induction compatible cookware? I have a Wolf induction cooktop and this is what happens when I use a pot that is not induction compatible.

I think you nailed it. I have been using the cooktop for a few years and I've recently moved. I went back to the house to paint, and brought one pot, and I just tested the pot. Not magnetic! Thanks so much for helping me.
