really flush mount ceiling for bathroom

i've posted in the bathroom forum under "what a disaster"

and i thought i'd bounce it in this lighting forum.

i have a small bathroom that was just re-done. the shower doors are really high (78" - kinda a mistake on my part) and between the (beautiful) crown molding, the fan over the shower and the top of the shower doors all gathering on the ceiling (or close to it) i dont think i could go with a ceiling light.

i really wanted a ceiling fixture, for that layered lighting effect and the electric is already on the other side of the sheetrock, ready for a fixture. i do have a 3 fixture light over the vanity and honestly it provides adequate lighting for the room.

i looked on the internet and saw some flushmount ceiling fixtures... not the ones that are bowl shaped, only because i think the depth is too big...but the ones that look kinda flat.

should i just chuck the idea of having a ceiling light or do you think a real low profile fixture would be worth it?

like i mentioned, the electric is all ready to go...(like a road to nowhere?)
