We live close by where Palm Harbor homes are built and have been to their models. We were amazed at how nice they looked and how fancy they could be inside. They had a couple 2 story ones.

Then we decided to check out Precision Homes in Oscilla, GA. We ended up buying a 2 story from them for a business adventure. (We are in no way a dealership.) Anyway, we have had lots of people in our home who had worked for other modular home business including Palm Harbor and ALL we really impressed with the construction of our home.

Their website is www.precisionhomes.biz We bought the Yorkshire Cape, which you can see under Florida when the states show up. I saw from your other post you are in Arkansas. I don't think they deliver there though. But you might get some comparisions on building construction standards, etc.
