My Trailer park had closed in October 2008 and some of us were given the homes we were renting at the time. I recently found out that the home I was given that I had been living in nearly 3 years has no title... the VIN number brings up a different type/style than what it actually is. It shows as a "Benn" style when its a New Horizon. The data plate where the manufacturer name was is gone but the serial remains. Its a TWI and I dont know who made those. I need to get the title in my name BUT there is apparently a lien on it through a bank which no longer exists. How can I get the lien removed so the trailer can be bonded to my name??? Also the park owners were not given the title when the original owners gave it to them.
