How much is your lot rent?

If you don't mind saying of course, or if you bought the land or have a co-op how much are your HOA fees? and what state or area are you in?

I pay about $670 with property tax pass thru, and water, and it's going up $18 in January and every year it seems, I've only been here a little over a year,, and my home is small 12 X 48 1974 2 bed.1 bath, but all lot rens here, even for double wides are about the same, corner lots are slightly higher. I'm in south Florida.

$335 a month, including water and trash pickup, in a manufactured home park. No pool, no clubhouse. The roads are private, but as well maintained as the city's if not better, and they are kept plowed in winter. SW Michigan.

Small town, but with surprising amenities, like sculpures on downtown street corners, and about 30 miles to the second largest city in Michigan.

Hi all! I live in Eastern Washington state, 30 minutes out of Spokane, out in the tulies, lol. I just purchased a 1978 SW, 3/2. My lot rent is $245 a month, which is why I live way out here! It includes WSG. Good sized lot. Electricity runs around $60 per month. No amenities, but I'm not the clubhouse/pool type anyway. It's very quiet here, and the neighbours seem really nice. No crime to speak of. Property tax is $80 a year. I own the home outright, so I just pay the lot rent and utilities.

Our lot rent is $155.00 a month, and obviously this doesn't include any extras. The 2 guys that manage the mhp are very responsible and cooperative. Utilities here are pretty reasonable. Located in NW Pa.
