Those are lovely pieces. I'm sorry I have no idea what we're looking at here, but I would think you may have some luck on Ebay?

Don't mean to hijack, but would you mind sharing what color your walls are in this room? :D

I would love to share....I got it from backsweat on this forum and I could not be happier with it......BM Cottage Red(an exterior color it's on my front door) mixed as an interior color.

See if you get any ideas over on the Antiques forum. Lotsa smart folk over there who may just be able to give you a nudge in the right direction.

I have the perfect table to go with that set. My parents had the same style set and although my father refinished the buffet the table is in it's original finish. I have it in storage and would be willing to sell it.
I am entering the link (hope this works) for my CL listing for the buffet. As you can see the style is similar. You can contact me through the info in CL.

Here is a link that might be useful: Craigs List

I forgot to say the orginal finish of the buffet was dark like yours.

I have some inherited dining room pieces, buffet and china cabinet but do not have a table to match. We went to an Amish furniture store and found a table that we thought would match the scale of the pieces and picked out what table leg we wanted. The inherited pieces are quite dark like yours, but we do not know for sure what kind of wood it is. We chose a table in black walnut with a natural finish and oak chairs stained very dark like the furniture. Ultimately we decided there was no need to match things exactly and it will certainly have a more organic look to it.

Your server and hutch are absolutely beautiful, it reminds me of my great grandmother's dining room furniture. I can remember when I was very little hiding under her HUGE dining room table.

My dining room is also cottage red but only underneath the chair rail and Tobacco Road above the chair rail.

I have to know, where did you get your rug? It is beautiful.

Thanks

Thanks everyone is very helpful here!
