I'm not sure what your batch feed and curved front add to the equation, but I have a standard 24" depth sink base, 36" wide with 2 trash bins (trash and recycling turned sideways across the front with a narrow basket in between them. The sink is 10" deep and undermounted. My drain is rear center and there is depth on the sides to put them in turned 90 degrees, but I like having the long side to make putting trash in without pulling out the containers easier. I have an instant hot tank in one rear corner and a large soap bottle for the never MT on the other. I'm not sure what your width is, but I would think you could easily get at least one bin in under your sink.
