The corragations allow it to bend freely without difficulty. They are 24" x 96" sheets. You can bend them parrallel with corragation not perpendicular.

How do you install the corragated metal on the walls?

There are exposed screw fasteners which add to the industrial feel. You can see them in the photo.

What are the corragated metal walls installed into on the top and the bottom? The Trim look. You mentioned that the metal is attached to the wall...can it be installed with the top and bottom trim look and have that be the actual wall with no solid wall behind it?

Are the studs in the wall running from floor to ceiling or do you have to have purlins on the studs?

OMG!! thank you so much for posting these beautiful pictures... I am doing my basement sort of the same with the black ceilings, will love to have a great family room next to my office and have no idea how to go about the lay out since my husband also needs room for his plumbing material and basement storage needs, can of paints, etc.. a big bummer for me and I am stressing out , its all an open space and ill need to divide it with no walls and still have a great cozy feel somehow where the kids can enjoy and play while I work ''I work from home'' but thanks for this its great to see. Please, what is the wave length of the corrugations?

I honestly don't remember since it has been 8 years but typically the corrugated metal comes in two sizes. My guess from memory is that it is 1-1/2" from peak to peak.
