None Flammable Paint Thinner

A couple of days ago I purchased a gallon of NEW Safer Solvent Klean-Strip KS PRO Paint Thinner.

Claims: Not a Flammable Liquid, Less Harsh on Skin and Low Odor. This all reads GOOD! Also claims: Thins all colors of paint, Cleans Equipment and Spills, Preps surfaces.

When I opened the gallon I was surprised to find the liquid inside looks a bit like skim milk. I used as a final cleaning on a brush used to varnish, and will see how it looks when dry. I note I used old "regular" paint thinner for the first two brush washings, and it has been my practice to save used thinner in a sealed container where the solids precipitate out and I use the clear liquid for additional cleaning. I was not willing to intermix the new milk-like thinner with the older thinner, a disadvantage.

I may keep this paint thinner for cleaning (hands/whatever) as it has low smell and is supposed to be easier on hands. Then, use regular paint thinner for cleaning brushes. This way I can use the thinner about 5 times before it goes to hazardous recycle. I find the regular thinner becomes almost clear after sitting for a few weeks, then I can just drain it off the settlement and reuse it, at least for the first brush wash.

Any experience/advice out there on this new (type) thinner?
