Oh thank you, thank you!!!!!! I love the linen ones. Yay!!!!

Don't forget that you can use drapery panels for shower curtains, as long as they can get wet, and just put a clear vinyl liner behind them. Opens up a whole WORLD of possibilities, for both fabric choices and lengths.

Oh Les what a great suggestion. I would love to have chenille as I love the yummy look of it. I had one for years. Now I'm on a new search. Thank you so much. I almost bought the linen but my heart was wanting texture. How would I put them on the rod? I'd have to put in grommets or something. I don't sew but I could get someone to do it.

You can use clip rings as you would on drapery, or a rod pocket, or grommets (some come that way, or you can add them - not hard to do with a grommet kit from a fabric store or craft store). You could also add ties or tabs from complimentary fabric or ribbon (and trim your hand towels with some of the same ribbon).

Yayagal, I have to tell you that I smile whenever I see your name. When my brother was very little, he couldn't say "Leslie" and so he called me 'Yaya'.

Les, same with me. My niece couldn't pronounce Sheila so she called me Yaya. One day we were in the car alone and I said "say SHE and she said SHE, the I said say La and she said La. I then said say She La and she said Yaya. lol
Our family already had the yaya sisterhood before there was even the book, We called our female relative get togethers once a year the Yaya sisterhood, still do it but it's vast now. Isn't that a hoot?

Great stories, Yayagal! I guess we can have our own group - maybe the "Decorating Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood". :-)
