Neutrals are your safest choice as they fit almost any decor, work in both natural and artificial lighting and are generally what potential buyers would want as well.

I've linked room photos of our home. Most of the paint is Sherwin Williams because their store is nearby but any paint manufacturer will offer similar choices. Our Entry accent is SW Latte, dropping in tone to Kilim Beige in the LR/DR, then dropping once more to Divine White into the 2nd floor hallway which is reached by less natural light. Our Family Room is White Organdy which will be repainted in a deeper tone in the near future.

I think a warm grey would look great.

Start by looking at Ben Moore Coastal Fog. Mixing warm and cool shades of grey will add depth to your room and balance the blues that might enter the light situation from your water view.

You have a fairly open color palette, now, and you could add another accent color when you're done painting.

Also, if your budget allows, a full spectrum paint like Ellen Kennon's might be another solution.
