I am looking for a rectangular dining height expandable table to place in a bay window area with floor to ceiling windows with high urban and water views. We will use this table for everything from playing cards, to working on lap tops, to dining. I enjoy clean contemporary lines but also rich woods. The surface of the table should accommodate all the uses listed above. Of course I will also need chairs for the table. They should be comfortable with relatively low backs as to not block the view from the rest of the room. It needs to be small enough that four people could play cards comfortably yet expand to a size for seating six to eight. people. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
