I'm not doing the building - but we're into week 3 of our renovation & have had 2 blizzards in the past week - 40 inches total. Our progress has definitely been set back. Hoping the workers will be able to get here tomorrow, just not quite sure where they are going to park - there is snow everywhere!!!

We chose January to gut our only bathroom.

Sure we can walk down three flights of stairs, out into the courtyard and into the community-room powder room.

Sure we can walk 4 blocks (or 8) to go to the gym and take showers.

It would just be easier if it were 70 degrees out.

(The contractor has been great, we were only 2 nights without a working toilet--but we also planned to be at Work during the day, not snowbound at home.)
