1. Eradicate the urine odor.
2. Remove the light. Who wants to sleep with a lightbulb on?
3. Any towels or blankets will get damp and cold in the winter, so change them every day.
4. Get a Snugglesafe to warm and put in every night, covered in clean towels or blankets.

Actually, probably the best idea is to get the cat off the street by taking it to the shelter or perhaps finding it a home?

Thanks for the ideas. I think the light was mainly for warmth in there without a high price.
