My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

pea and i spent the whole day outside yesterday. we busted our butts. hauled trash to the dumpster, fixed fence, weeded flower beds, cleaned up after the goats and pigs.

i came inside for a quick drink and to rest my back for a few minutes and this is what i found...

well, i suppose SOMEbody had to hold down that chair!!
