Anyone keep reptiles here? For several years I have kept a leopard gecko as a classroom pet. Each winter he slows down or stops eating, I am used to that, but this spring he has not started to eat again.

He has been in a huge tank, and I noticed it probably was not warm enough, so I put him in a 10 gallon aquarium with a heater on top so that it's about 80 degrees or more. Since then he has eaten one mealworm, but I just cannot get him to eat another.

After his last shed, the skin did not come off his nose and one eye looks different. I have used the spray shedding aid, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Could this be keeping him from eating? He's getting very thin, and I don't want to lose him.
