Intestinal parasites, IBD, food allergies or intolerance, GI lymphoma, cholestasis, hepatitis, colitis, enteritis, pancreatitis, hyperthyroidism (rare in a cat that young)- for starters.

IN gen bad food cause lousy degestion in people and animals, eat sandwitches made of cheap frozen bread and ham and you too will have issues.

I say give Innova EVO, ziwi peak,wellness grain free or instincts canned, dry causes teeth issues and can be addicting.

My kitty Bindi was VERY flatulent when we first adopted her. The vet recommended a spoon of unflavored plain yogurt per day - the kind with live cultures.

I kid you not - that cat could cut the cheese like you would not believe!!!

Anyway, try a few days of live culture plain yogurt - call your vet to get an okay first of course. But it was a cheap and effective solution.

She was a rescue, and of course we had taken her to the vet for a thorough exam to make sure nothing else was the culprit.
