Kitchen lighting

I am looking at having cans installed for my lighting in front of my cabinets with under cabinet "pucks" for my kitchen or doing a "track" light fixture (that you can bend and add decorative fixtures on it for the lights) for the ceiling and then have the under cabinet "pucks." Can you tell me your experiences and if you had to do it over again, would you? Thanks!

We have under the cabinet pucks-they are great-they are on a dimmer and I love them! We also have 4 inch recessed lights through out our kitchen (and pendents over the sink, island and table). I would do it again in a heartbeat! I have 6 inch recessed lights in my family room-the 4 inch looks so much more modern! I would pick them again over 6 inch. Our kitchen recessed ones are stainless steel inside (they cost a little more then white inside) They reflect the light really well! I love them!!
