hi nancy,
that thread must have got lost recently when this site was having trouble and lost alot of other threads. here it is.

Here is a link that might be useful: 90 something % fiished...

nancy-i would have replied back to you via email, but it looks like i will have to do it here.

i used only a brush on my cabinets. i suppose that it might have saved me some time to use a roller on atleast the priming part.

I just looked at your gorgeous kitchen again. What attention to detail. I may attempt to paint my cabinets for my laundry room! Question - where did you buy your kitchen set? I love the way it looks and I have not been able to find anything similar to it in my area. I did see something at Ballard Designs but the color does not match. Love the bar stools too. I did read that info on the original post.
Thanks very much.

momof3-if you mean my table and chairs, they are antiques. iusually purchase most of my french antique furniture from inessa stewarts. there is a location in baton rouge, la and three or four locations in and around the dallas,tx area. i hope to be finished soon. i will order my backsplash tile from sonoma tomorrow. i can't wait to be able to finally be able to post my 100% finished kitchen.

here is a link to the tables that inessa has right now. it looks like a great sale right now. she is from france and is the largest importer in the US. i love shopping there.

Thank you for the info. I live in Delaware, but I am enjoying the site. I may have to look at the antique stores in my area. I hesitate to buy sight unseen. Sigh!

This post made me do a double-take because our daughter's nickname is Teffy, and I'd never seen it anywhere else! :o)
