Chair Make-Over

Hi there,

Ok...so not overly exciting as just my office chair.

Still in the process of re-doing my home office...a couple more little projects and I'll be done.(Lighting & wallpaper)

I had my ugly, torn office chair reupholstered. I know it won't be everyone's taste...I think my mom hates it ,lol.

Here it is...

Went from old, torn blue 'office' fabric to bright & bold. (I can always have it re-done when I get tired of this look)

The office furniture is white.

Will post final room pics when done!

WOW! How fun! I'm sorry if your mom doesn't like it, but you know you can't please everyone...... and it IS your office! You did a great job on it, it makes you smile and will look great with white office furniture - win win win!

FYI, the fabric is from Trina Turk.
I should also mention that I didn't do this myself! (I can shop for fabric, but after the 'fun' (shopping)is done, over to someone else, lol)
Don't think it would've been too hard to do, but I'm so not handy when it comes to that sort of thing.

Yep! And that chair was worth the $$$ you spent recovering! That is the same office chair I used for 10+ yrs - great chair (it's a Hon and used to retail around $600 - you can get them cheap on the used market now, though).

Greenthumbfish~ Too funny....yes, the chair was @$600 (my company had bought for me) and I've also had it for @ 10 years now. It sure has lasted...just needed a facelift!

(Went looking for a new chair before this one was re-done...boy, there are some expensive office chair out there!)
