We ordered it about a month ago but haven't received it yet although the charge just showed up on our credit card. I have heard that there are complaints about the company not delivering the product but still charging for it ( heard that after we already ordered it), hopefully we aren't getting taken. If it shows up I will try it out & post back the results.

Try a dremel, it works very well for cats and dogs. Below is a link on exactly how to use one.

Cancel the order and go to Walmarts. They have a shelf there just for these items. So does Targets. You might have to wait a few weaks but it will show up in the stores.

Thanks to all of you for your replies and especially to cindyxeus for the link. Arbisi, good luck with getting the Pedi-Paws (or getting your charge canceled.)

The site that gives the "how to" using the Dremel is great. May I add one extra step and that is to pull a nylon stocking over the paw thereby pulling the nail through the stocking and enclosing any hairs on the paw.
This will eliminate any trauma the dog might experience should the hair get caught in the grinder part of the Dremel.
Slow speed is the best for any of them.

Pedi Paws is a cheaper knock-off version of the Peticure. They have a much better reputation and offer a much better product line and accessory options. They even offer a gaurd for your dremel that makes it much easier and safer to use. Check them out before you buy a Pedi Paws for sure!
