i've never ordered a custom blend, but the color scheme reminded me of the mosaic i used as a backsplash in the kitchen in our last home. it's a mix of frosted and glossy glass, with real stone tile. not a perfect match to your inspiration tile, and it's more taupe than tan, but definitely a mix of warm and cool so i thought i'd pass it along.

the vendor was great and i've ordered a couple times from them. Mine was Gobi Desert, but there's a couple other blends of glass and stone in similar blends.

I have that same Oceanside tile in my master bath! If you want to explore other glass options, try the Susan Jablon website, glasstileoasis.com, or glasstilestore.com

Here's another possiblity, but it's another all glass option. Really hoping I can find more ceramic or stone options.
