What is it about the fixture that you like the most? Is the the rectangular shape, the shades, the way it hangs, the color?

You might search for island lights to find things that have the length you want.

You might also consider hanging two smaller chandys in the space to get the lighting you need for the table. A couple of square chandys could share the space nicely, as could round ones.

A lot of that RH stuff ends up on eBay too. You could get lucky and find it there.

les917 -- Most important, we are looking for a fixture(s) to echo the shape of the table. Your thoughts on solving the puzzle by thinking in terms of an island, is SMART. Two chandys gives us a direction too. Thanks.

dilly_dally -- eBay is worth a try!

Cheers,

By coincidence, I admired a similar one at my local EXPO (Burlington, MA) which is closing soon.

You may want to look at the Veranda Linear Chandelier at Pottery Barn. It's regularly $329.00. ON SPECIAL for $249.00.
Link is below.

Here is a link that might be useful: linear chandelier

dilly_dally -- I did find it for sale on eBay ($299).

mjlb -- Thank you, we have one in town. I'll check there.

my3dogs -- Thank you, we had not thought of PB!

Cheers,

I like Les' suggestion of using 2 chandeliers. The RH website currently shows several large rectangular dining tables with 2 chandeliers, and it looks wonderful. I would have never thought of that.

Good luck in your search!
