Baffle Tee?

I am remodeling our kitchen and we will be installing a new garbage disposal in a double sink. I wanted to use 1-1/2" schedule 40 DVW pipes for the drain and p-trap.

In order to have it fit right I will need to have the left sink drain down into the top of a sanitary tee, the right sink (with the disposal) will drain into the side of the tee and the bottom of the tee will drain into the p-trap.

I have two questions about this set up.

1) I understand when connecting the double sink that I should be using a tee with a baffle, however do I need this baffle in this case since one is draining down into the sanitary tee and not across with horzontal pipes? I don't think they make 1-1/2" pipes with baffles.

2) In order for this to work I will also need to use a flexible connection to attach the disposal tube pipe to the larger 1-1/2 PVC pipe. Is this acceptable?

Thanks for any hints you may have about this set up.
