I'd like to see if anyone has removed their previously existing kitchen bar top.

A home we are going to be purchasing has the kitchen sink counter over looking the living room but it also has the 6-8in lift that has a 10 inch wide bar top (all this between 2 pillars)

I was wondering if anyone has any pics of a remodel/renovation of going from a bi-level counter and bar top to an all counter level top. So in essence the sink counter would be extended and there would be no "sink" back splash.
