My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Replacement Spa Light

Our pool company has told us the spa light fixture has burnt out. They have given us the following options:

1. Replace with incandescent fixture(brand unknown) - $370 plus labor of $150.

2. Replace with Pentair IntelliBrite 5G 12v LED white spa light fixture - $660 plus labor of $150.

Firstly, do these prices seem reasonable?
Secondly, is there an advantage to putting LED in the spa when the pool will still have incandescent lights?

Many thanks.
