I thought I had clipped an excellent post that really explained how to make lined drapes (weights and all) but now I can't find it, and my searching has turned up some similar things, but nothing in as much detail. Would somebody please post the link to it?

I'm excited about starting my drapes, I'm an old 4H-er so the sewing part isn't a problem. I'm combining a golden-tan linen and a gorgeous 100% cotton french damask I found wadded up in a ball in an overstock discount shop. It is an Yves DeLorme sheet, Santal. It is such heavy fabric I was really surprised to discover it is a sheet!
