max2014,
You are trying to do too much with a single pump. Most floor cleaning systems are maxed out without the solar and chlorinator in line.
It would be more efficient to run a separate pump for the water feature(s). Use a bypass circuit with the Chlorinator.
Calculate the flow rate needed thru each piece of equipment. As I recall, a 26" sand filter is about 2.1 square feet and doesn't really provide enough flow for the system. In all floor systems you should match the pump gpm with the filter gpm and the floor head gpm and the chlorinator gpm.
You need to start with the flow rate(gpm) of the floor heads and how many are on each circuit. Then you will know what size filter you need(gpm) and the pump capacity. The solar will provide the largest head loss to the system and will impact the floor cleaning function.
Good luck.
