I still can't find a new set of wine glasses and a carafe...nearly 6 months later! Our garage is STILL a disaster after all this time, although my DH promises me he's brought in all of the boxes. Hmmmm. Maybe they will turn up eventually.

I hope you find your faucet parts soon! :)

20 months later I finally found the second piece to the pouring shield for my KA stand mixer! (Just this past week, as a matter of fact!)

Oh no! Did I give away my little electric burr grinder? Still can't find it 6 months later. Great for grinding nuts or spices.

I still have some of my everyday dishes missing from the last move, in 2001! I've given up, and am almost done mourning them.

HOWEVER . . . on this house, both sets of sink faucets for one guest bathroom went walkabout . . . and they were stored in that bathroom. When it came time to install them, they were simply missing. Hmmmm. Never have figured out whose legs walked them away.

So the shower, which was already installed, doesn't match the sink faucets because they had to be bought immediately. Not a huge deal, but it still ticks me!

Gee! I'm feeling better already. But to balance it out, going through boxes today was like Christmas! Found things I forgot I had, found things I didn't know where they were, assumed they were somewhere. Remember the Hampster Dance?? I bought the mug. Found that. Some of this stuff has been packed away for more than 6 years!

Wonder why it is that plumbing things dissapear. Like you, mine were stored with the remodeling stuff. I've seen the box. I have the papers and the packing list. All that's missing is the box and contents. Faucet is installed but the left overs were going to be used, too.
