Slate Blue Pebble Sheen pics

In spite of my pool renovation problems (see other posts), I thought I would at least share some of my current-but-still-under-construction pictures of my pool for those trying to make a color decision. We chose Slate Blue Pebble Sheen and LOVE the color.

First let me say that I HATE gray, so I completely axed out any gray PT/PS colors until the last minute. I also had definitely thought the coloring in the Slate Blue was just weird. So, it was a leap of faith that I chose it in the end. My first choice was initially Blue Lagoon PT. My neighbor just had a pool done with Blue Granite Pebble Sheen. I LOVED their water color. I wanted a lighter color base, and I wanted less black pebbles.

Anyway, I never got to see a Slate Blue pool...I just went by all the pools I did see and the pics online to come up with a comparison of what I thought the Slate Blue would turn out to be.

My pics are in various stages. You will see a blue tape line around the pool...still trying to get the paint right. In some pics, the spillway flagstone is not done yet.

Green water is WITHOUT chlorine.

That is a good color. I need to look at my sheet to see where it fits as far as the price. We want to stay in Level 1 Peb. Sheen, which is where Aqua Blue is.....I do love your color....I hate grey too.....I want bright, bright blue! Thanks for the pictures.

Hi! They come on FRIDAY to install our pebble tec and we have yet to decide the color for sure! Agonizing decision, I must say! I really think slate blue is exactly the balance between blue without being too blue that we are looking for (have seen ALOT of pools, but can't find anything that lies somewhere between almost completely white and a little too much color for my taste). BUT, we can't find pictures of it anywhere except the PT website, which only has a couple. I tried to click your link above but could not get any pictures to come up. Is there any way you could repost or email me a link? Thanks so much for your help. We are really hesitant to choose it without seeing it a little more.
