My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Getting Ready to Contract

Well after starting our journey for our second pool in February we are finally at the stage of signing on the proverbial dotted line. We built our last pool 13yrs ago and wow have times changed. The last one was 36,000 gallons for Our pool design is a pedestal (+12in above grade) grecian and attached spa with a back wall and pillars capped with fire bowls. Should be pretty cool when finished.
