@Toots57Tennis- it's helpful follow the flow of your progression up the stairs and "turn" the pattern when you physically turn

Can anyone help me plan my kids' playroom?

it's basically a white room. there are way too many possibilities. my kids are ashes 2, 3, & 4. there is a full futon, a bookshelf, and a shit ton of toys in that room. I'm thinking I need to define spaces for like the dress up area, the kitchen, books, train table. I'm having a hard time finding the Zen in this 5-walled room.

then there's paint color. that back wall has thin slats under a chair rail. the room gets a good amount of light..I don't even have window treatments in mind.

please help! any advise is greatly appreciated. any volunteers (in in Georgia) will be fed.
