i am in south florida and have a small lot. next week i am scheduled to have the concrete deck poured. the deck will go right to the property line and a white aluminum rail fence will be placed on the deck. i am going with spraydeck. the concrete guy says he waits 1 week after the slab is poured to apply the spraydeck. the fence guy wants to place the fence before the acrylic knockdown finish is applied. fence guy says it is better that he put the posts in an unfinished slab and then have spraydeck guy apply the finish and work around the posts. spraydeck guy wants fence to go up after he is done. is this a convenience thing they are disagreeing on? which result would be better? any fence/concrete/homeowners have experience with this? also, do you usually apply the spraydeck before you place the equipment on the pad?
