I got my knobs from kitchen-cabinet-hardware.com and found the customer service and prices excellent. I did the free sample, as the first knob I chose my husband did not care for... when you make your purchase they credit you for the cost AND shipping of your samples.

I got our pulls from knobsforless.com because kitchen cabinet hardware did not have the ones I wanted. Both were great experiences.

Both of our choices are Amerock. They seem very durable. I can't comment on longevity as they have only been in a matter of days :)

After shopping elsewhere, try ebay. I got some great deals on hardware there. Also make sure you look for discount codes before placing orders from online retail sites as those can really help. Good luck!

I bought several items from build.com and one of its sister companies, lighting.com In both cases, I received excellent advice and superior customer service. They also met a price I found on another site.
