I found this recipe in a magazine and my family loves it. It is so easy , but Oh so good!!

_____Fudge Ribbon Cake___

1 box chocolate cake mix

1 8oz.pkg cream cheese softened

2 tbs. margarine or butter softened

1 tbs. cornstarch

1 can Eagle brand Sweetened condensed milk(not evaporated milk)14oz.

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare cake mix as package directs.

Pour batter into a well-greased bundt pan.

In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then egg and vanilla.

Pour evenly over cake batter.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes.

Remove from pan.

Cool thoroughly. Glaze or garnish as desired.

Store in refrig.

(I usually frost when cake is still warm. The chocolate frosting melts and gives a drizzled look)

Trust me this recipe is a keeper, it loooks and tastes like you spent all day making it!
