LOOKING for: Lemon bread w/ cream cheese chunks

A LONG time ago, a friend made a lemon quickbread that had chunks of cream cheese baked into the bread. It was different and very good (IMO). I'm wondering if anyone has a recipe for this? I've searched on-line and I'm not finding anything like it.
