I have a recipe I want to try with chicken. Originally the recipe is for shrimp and the marinade is to be boiled down after marinated. Can I still boil down the marinade if there was chicken in instead? Or is this unsafe? I have boiled down marinade for beef and shrimp before but never for chicken. Thanks. I will send in the recipe if it turns out. It's a Lime rice and shrimp combo (chicken, in my case). Thanks.
