Really big paper piecing?

So, I've done a total of two quilts. One was in Girl Scouts, basic 9 patch when I was a youngun, and the last was a log cabin for my new nephew.

Now... I'm pregnant with twins and would really like to make some crib/floor quilts. I fell in love with the "paper crane" Peace Quilt, and ordered the pattern. I think I can handle the pattern, I've done a few practice runs at the block, and I'm getting the hang of paper piecing.

But... I'm lazy. I just KNOW I'll get half the blocks I need (even for crib sized quilts) and then put it all in a box somewhere. So... err, would it be possible for me to take my pattern down to kinkos/staples/whatever, and have them blow it up to say... 36" and then just do one really big block, put a nice border on it...?
